Talia, her brother and parents live in the basement apartment below Mrs. Plotkin, their crochety landlady.  When Talia's father gets a promotion and a raise, he buys Talia an expensive Southface jacket.  But when Talia hears the news of her mother's diagnosis, Talia secretly donates her Southface jacket to the gemach, in the zchus of a refua shelema.  This sets off a chain reaction of chessed among Talia's friends, leading to the landlady, Mrs. Plotkin, making the biggest sacrifice and personal turnaround of all.  Warm, touching, light but gives over deep messages.  Great songs (recorded here in acapella because the play was performed during the 3 weeks)  With flashbacks to stories from Gemara, midrash and Jewish history.
